A prolific author on a host of subjects (including science, psychology and music), Joseph Shapotshnick was a notable non-conformist figure of his time. Shas Ha-Kollel and Shas Ha-Mashpia were published as addendums to his Shas Ha’gadol She’ba’gedolim. Shas Ha-Mashpia includes a Kabbalistic commentary to Etz Chaim by R. Y.
