Directory of Industry and Handicrafts in Palestine

An interesting resource for industry in Palestine. Produced by the Trade & Industry Department of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, the Directory contains listings of businesses throughout the country. It also includes statistics and tables concerning the industry at the time. One such chart illustrates the incredible rise in capital during the settlement of Palestine, showing a 6-fold increase between 1921 and 1933.
