Contains thousands of names and many details concerning important families of Jerusalem and Safed such as R. Yitzchak Hacohen Schwadron, the son of the Maharsham of Berzan and the father of the Maggid of Jerusalem, R. Shalom. The administraion of this Kollel was intimately connected with the Chassidic Hager dynasty of Vishnitz, for example, the inside of the front cover contains a three line formula for the proper style and honorific titles to use when addressing the Rebbe of Vishnitz as well as the President and Treasurer of the Kollel: “Ner Yisrael, Ish Elokim... Butzina Kadisha Chasida Uprisha...Ohev Yisrael Nasi Ve-Amrachel de-kolleleinu...” The final leaves contain information concerning property belonging to, or shared by, the various Kollels of Bukovina, Lemberg, Vishnitz, Kosiv, Warsaw, etc
