a beautiful Dutch, hand-colored vellum hebrew binding A quite unusual and uncommon work of craftsmanship. The central motif on the covers of a pair of cherubs supporting a crown indicate the owner was one of the Elders of Amsterdam’s Portuguese Congregation. See M.
