Carved wooden depiction of the family crest: A palm tree topped by a Star of David, flanked by rampant lions.

This same crest appears as a printer's mark on books produced by the family press, and can be seen on a Chanukah lamp by Pietro Zappati in the collection of the Museo della Comunita, Rome (284/61), as well as on a snuffbox in the collection of the Jewish Museum, New York (F4925).
