RARE. Nachmanides was one of the foremost Talmudic scholars of the Middle Ages. His influential works on Halacha, Bible and a myriad of other subjects have been assiduously studied for centuries. In addition to his Halachic novellae on Talmudic tractates, he composed Halachic monographs which comprise an entire genre of masterpieces on Rabbinic literature. The present work, Dina Degarmi, is an exposition of laws pertaining to personal injuries and property damage. This small, excellent work is highly praised and generated many super-commentaries (see Y. S. Steiner, Shoshanath Ya'akov, Przemysl, 1882)
