Lunéville: Abraham Frisecque 1807-1809

Est: $600 - $900
The Jewish community of Lunéville in the Lorraine region of France counted 315 persons in 1808. Although a cemetery was not consecrated until 1791, remarkably there were two Jewish presses, that of Abraham Brisach, which turned out a machzor in 1797 and a Likkutei Tzvi in 1798, and that of Abraham Frisecque who produced this Pentateuch of high quality.
