Important work containing textual emendations for the correct reading of the various Midrashic texts including Mechilta, Sifre, and Sifra. Includes some lengthier notes and comments from a manuscript by R. Judah Gedaliah and other annonymous commentators. The final section, Seder Kedusha,(pp. 173-181) corrects many mistaken readings in the Sephardic Seder Tephillah, presenting alternate readings with scholarly halachic sources. The Midrashic scholar J. Theodor, greatly praised this work in his article “Maamar Al Peirush Bereishit Rabah” in Tifereth Yisrael, I. Lewy Festschrift (Breslau, 1911), pp. 132-154
