Stating his participation pertaining to the Palestine Commission is most welcome and that he is expecting Wolffsohn next week. Single leaf. March 1904. III: Typed Letter Signed concerning Herzl’s meetings with the Sultan in Constantinople. Stating the Turkish side made a suggestion not within the parameters of the program and therefor unacceptable.
