Below the bold headline: “With more than 100 Jews and an undetermined number of Arabs dead, the inter-racial rioting between Moslems and Hebrews continued today, even the presence of a large force of British trops being ineffectual in quelling the disturbances. The situation is becoming more serious hourly as the Moslem hordes apparently are unaffected by the presence of British troops and are continuing their attacks upon Jewish residents of the villages surrounding Jerusalem”
