Apparently, only copy extant. According to Deinard in his Atikoth Yehudah, this work was destroyed by fire along with another polemical work, Bitul Ikrei Ha’notzrim, printed in the same year. Twenty five copies of the later work survived the fire, but the entire printing-run of Hoda’ath Ba’al Din was destroyed. The present copy is from the collection of Deinards’s arch-nemesis, Nechemiah Leibowitz, whose books was bequethed to the Beth Sepher Ha’leumi Library in New York (no longer extant)
