Gachalei Eish. Reissue of the protest against the establishment of the Central Library in 1875

The Central Library contained books that were regarded by Jerusalem traditionalists as of heretical nature. The broadside, signed by twenty three notables including Rabbis Meir Auerbach, Shmuel Salant and Moshe Nechemiah Kahanov warns, " watch your children not to be captured in their net." Also reissues the ban of 1896 opposing the newly established schools that teach secular studies
