The broadside, signed by twenty three notables including Rabbis Meir Auerbach, Shmuel Salant and Moshe Nechemiah Kahanov warns, " watch your children not to be captured in their net." Also reissues the ban of 1896 opposing the newly established schools that teach secular studies
