A Halachic ruling allowing a resident of Eretz Israel to separate from his American wife for having hid from him her condition of mental ill-health that committed her to hospital soon after childbirth.
The Beit Din consisted of R. Tzvi Pesach Frank, R. Y. G. Horowitz, R. Eliyahu Romm, with a three line approval by Chief Rabbi A. Y. Kook. The other signatories are a veritable Who’s Who of the most prominent of Jerusalem scholars including R. Shimshon Aaron Polonsky, Rabbi of Teplill, Y. M. Tikutzinksky, Yoshaia Cheshin, the Kabbalistic Shimon Horowitz, Chaim Y. Auerbach, etc
