Provenance: Sotheby Parke Bernet, A Further Thirty Three Highly Important Hebrew and Samaritan Manuscripts, from the Collection Formed by the Late David Solomon Sassoon, Zurich, 21st November, 1978, Lot 23. An important part of a very early Mishnah manuscript, discovered in the Cairo Genizah. The division of the Mishnayoth is slightly different from the standard editions, however mostly follow the division of the Tenth Century Palestinian Mishnah (edited by W. Lowe, Cambridge, 1883)
