The assorted remedies collected here are recorded by R. Nachman’s amanuensis, Nathan Sternhertz. Arranged according to the alphabet, Part I covers the letters Aleph to Mem; and Part II, opening with remedies and talismans for each of the Festivals, concludes with the letters Mem through Tav. This work is particularly scarce. Gershon Scholem, in compiling his bibliography of works of R. Nachman of Breslav did not see a copy; indeed, it would appear that this work is the only one of all R. Nachman’s works listed that Scholem was unable to locate. See G. Scholem; Siphrei MoHaRa”N Mi’Breslav.. in: Eiyleh Shemoth (1928) no. 44
