Compendium including Grace after Meals, Sabbath hymns, prayers before retiring, Birth, Marriage and Death, concluding with an Hagadah for Passover. These Frankfurt “Minhagim-style” illustrations are strikingly different from the Amsterdam mould. Primitively wrought, they carry a rather striking angularity in their starkness.
