First and last few leaves rehinged, lightly browned and stained. Later blind-stamped vellum . II: ff. (1), 234-441; 889-949,(1). Last few leaves dampstained. III: ff. (1), 442-685. Marginal repairs ff.442-448, censored in places, signed by censor on verso of final leaf. IV: ff. 687-926. Lacking f. 862.
