See M. Narkiss, The Hanukkah Lamp (1939) no. 40, pl.14; also Stieglitz, no. 160, p. 216, which refers to a lamp in the Feuchtwanger Collection which also has enamel trim. It is interesting to note that other examples of this lamp similarly all have engraved names
