For Samaritans, the cult of the Temple is located on Mount Gerizzim in Shechem/ Nablus. The top panel illustrates the staves of Aaron and Moses, as well as the Ark of the Covenant and its Cherubs. The second panel illustrates the Menorah, the Bronze Altar, the Incence Altar as well as the Entrance to the Tent of Meeting. The third panel illustrates the Laver, the Priestly Robes in addition to the Main Altar. What appear to be staves are labled “keruvim” (Cherubs). The entire composition is encircled by a frame which is decorated with letters of the Samaritan alphabet, followed by various combinations
