(4, of 5), 132, 108, 128, 16. Lacking opening blank. Title page and first three leaves reinforced along outer margin. Lower left corner of last four leaves repaired with loss of a few words, lightly browned with scattered staining. Modern deep auburn morocco-backed cloth. Folio Vinograd, Sulzbach 8
