An 18th Document Linking the Holy Land and the Jews of the New World. Most intriguing and unusual broadside. Details the schedule and method of study undertaken by the Kenesseth Yisrael Yeshiva of Hebron. Specifys the regulations to which resident scholars - all of whom were of a mature age - must abide, including specific prayers before study. The wording of the broadside is most subtle, unlike others of this genre, by no means does it directly plead for monetary funding. Nevertheless a list of Western European cities are listed in which the Yeshiva’s emissary was to visit. Most surprisingly, is the final port of call - America. See related article, Yaari, Kiryat Sefer (1948) pp.113-25.
