A work uniting the most aristocratic of Sephardic families in England: Abarbanel, Lindo, Meldola, Montefiore and Disraeli. David Abarbanel Lindo, the authoress’ father, was the Mohel for Benjamin Disraeli, the future Prime Minister of England. This dictionary is testimony to the learned women of Anglo-Sephardic families.
