<<* With:>> Abba Eban. Typed speech (12-pages), signed by Eban. Delivered at the UN in New York, on June 6th, 1967, the day on which the IDF liberated Jerusalem’s Old City. The speech justifies Israel’s position while fervently calling for peace. Eban’s lengthy speech was designed as a stalling tactic on the part of Israel, to ensure it could shore up its military gains before a ceasefire was declared. <<* And:>> Autographs of Israel’s first two Prime Ministers: David Ben-Gurion and Moshe Sharett.
