Author of Birkath Avraham and disciple and nephew of the Divrei Shmuel, R. Avraham Weinberg of Tiberias and Jerusalem was a great-grandson of the first Slonimer Rebbe (the Yesod Ha’Avodah). He inherited the mantle of leadership after the passing of his cousin, R. Mordechai Chaim Weinberg. R. Moshe Uri Blau (1885-1946) was an executive leader of the Eidah Chareidith in Jerusalem, under the spiritual leadership of R. Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld.Blau was the address when special arrangements and assistance had to be made for community members, in Eretz Yisrael and abroad. Rabbi Avraham Weinberg of Tiberias and Jerusalem (Rosh Chodesh Tammuz 1889 - 12 Sivan 1981),[4] author of Birkas Avraham, son of Rabbi Noah, dsuccessor of Rabbi Mordechai Chaim.
