Est: $700 - $900
Published by the Author’s grandson, R. Shneur Zalman Mendelovitz of the Chabad Community in Hebron. The work carries an unusually large number of approbations, including: R. Israel Salanter (seldom given to proffer such commendations), R. Joshua Leib Diskin and the five sons of the Grand Rabbi of Lubavitch, R. Menachem Mendel. The Author provides a lengthy preface in which he recounts his travels in aid of the Hebron community, visiting Europe, the Near East and India. He is particularly grateful to various members of the Bombay-based Sassoon family. See A. Yaari, Sheluchei Eretz Yisrael (1977) p.696.
