Both Vinograd (noting Freimann’s census of Prague imprints) and Mehlman record only four leaves. The present copy has an additional leaf listing some thirty names - commencing with the great R. Ezekiel Landau - all leaders of the Community, attesting and affirming the contents of these communal regulations.
