In this circular, Philadelphia’s Sephardic congregation pledges to send $100 to assist the Jewish refugees in Gibraltar. Included here is information that is suggested would be of use in raising additional funds. Also printed here are the resolutions of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, and Extracts from Letters Received from Gibraltar, that were previously included within the circular issued by the Board of Delegates of American Israelites two weeks prior (see Kestenbaum Sale 90, lot 63).
