R. Yitzchak Ya’akov Levine (1884-1963) was from the same from town as Reb Moishe: Uzda, near Minsk, Belarus. Upon migration to the United States R. Yitzchak Ya’akov was appointed rabbi of the Beis Midrash HaGadol Boston (the Crawford Street Shul). He was president of the Va’ad HaRabonim of Boston, as well as the city’s Av Beth Din. For his obituary in HaPardess (1964
