This manuscript, for use on the eve of the Days of Awe, begins with a lengthy Yehi Ratzon prayer of confession taken from the 27th chapter of Sepher Shevet Mussar. Afterwards are the text of prayers to be recited by Beth Din prior to administering penitential lashes on Erev Rosh Hashanah and to be recited by the person receiving them. Following this is Hatarath Nedarim and prayers to be recited prior and following immersion in a Mikvah.
