This document provides security to the bride by obligating the groom’s brother to perform the Chalitza ceremony in the event of the groom’s death before having children. The execution of a Shetar Chalitza is a guarantee by the brother-in-law to the bride she need not experience anxiety in the event of her husband's death. The groom’s brother is Joseph b. Benjamin HaKohen, the bride is Jettel b. Samuel Schotten, and the groom is Samuel b. Benjamin Wolf HaKohen. Signed by witnesses Jacob b. R. Mikhael of Gedern and Maneli b. R.
