This document provides security to the bride by obligating the groom’s brother to perform the Chalitza ceremony in the event of the groom’s death before having children. The execution of a Shetar Chalitza is a guarantee by the brother-in-law to the bride she need not experience anxiety in the event of her husband's death. The groom’s brother is Joseph b.
