Johannes Avenarius. Sefer HaShorashim - Liber Radicum Seu, Lexicon Hebraicum, in Quo Omnium Vocabulorum Biblico.

Latin interspersed with Hebrew. On title, Psalm 25:21 in Hebrew and vignette of the Anointment of King David by Samuel. Similar scene occupies full length of final page. pp. (16), 860 (i.e. 870), (2). Some foxing, few stains. Later calf, rubbed and scuffed. Thick folio. Adams A-2306.
