Marpe Lashon relates the rules of Hebrew grammar; the second work, Darchei Noam, focuses upon the rules of Hebrew poetry. The author believed that Biblical poetry made use of rhyme and meter. Rabbi Moshe ben Shem Tov ibn Habib (died before 1505) was a Portuguese poet, translator, and philosopher.
