The Empire is depicted here spread over three continents including all of southern Europe, northern Africa, Arabia, and Turkey. In addition, there are inset views of Constantinople, Smyrna, along with a panorama of Jerusalem with a key identifying notable places (after Cornelius le Bruyn, 1698).
