ff. 32 (printed), followed by 15 pages in manuscript, written in Hebrew on paper, recording the performance of 115 circumcisions between the years 1856-74. Lacking opening two leaves of printed text. 8vo.

Records the performance of circumcisions in various towns and villages in Slovakia, especially Malati, Jasenova, Mediharadna, Bisteretz, Leshtin. Family names include Goldman, Zaltzberger, Freier, Eckstein, Weinberger, Fisher, Hochman. Although the Mohel does not record his own name, he mentions his brother Yehuda of Jasenova, and two of his brothers-in-law: Benjamin Zaltzberger of Jasenova and Moshe Eckstein of Sklavina.
