A collection of 181 liturgical poems and songs for occasions throughout the year in accordance with the customs of Aden (Yemen). The editors write they searched all the homes of Aden to locate manuscripts upon which to base this work. Aden, once home of an ancient Jewish community, is located on the southern tip of the Arabian peninsula at the approach to the Red Sea. Today this seaport city is a part of the Republic of Yemen.
