Printed, with manuscript additions, set within gilt geometric border. Folds, taped on verso, edges chipped.

The wedding took place in Turkemenistan in the town of Khar-Joy (Choy), on the Amu River, some 100 miles east of Bukhara. The Marriage Contract was printed in the house of Rahmim David Bayof, Kokand, Fergana Oblast, Uzbekistan, by permission of the censor in Odessa.
