"The Carmel Limited Edition, is Carmel Winery's top-of-the-line wine, produced only in very small quantities. Its grapes come from three vineyards in the Upper Galilee: Kayoumi, Alma and Ben Zimra. The wines themselves are blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc whose percentages are adjusted for the vintage. These wines consistently earn high marks from Daniel Rogov and are regularly rated among his top wines."
