"A heavy, velvety deep garnet colored wine, this 2002 Carmel Ben Zimra Cabernet has strong oak flavors, with hints of vanilla and mint. Aged for 14 months in oak barrels, the finish is filled with toasty wood, green olives, tobacco and chocolate. With generous tannins it is well balanced by berry and currant fruits. Mature.
