USE FOR ANOTHER TIME: ßAlthough Friedberg and Vinograd date this print as 1650, Steinschneider and Ben Yaakov are more circumspect and date it as ca.1631-51. A work of practical halakha (halakha le-ma’aseh).There is some question as to the authorship of the book. It is attributed alternatively to Samuel ben Abraham Aboab or to Isaac ben Abraham Hayim Jesurun of Hamburg (d. 1655). [Vinograd, Prague 367; St. Cat.
