Azriel Isaac Levi (d.1809) was a rabbi and scribe of the Mantuan community at the end of the eighteenth and beginning of the nineteenth century. It appears he was a versatile poet, able to compose fine poetry in both the sacred and vernacular tongues. See S. Simonsohn, History of the Jews in the Duchy of Mantua (1977), pp. 617-618, 718
