Election poster on behalf of the anti-Semitic platform of candidate A. Willette. Depicts a group of Frenchmen standing above a broken tablet with “Le Talmud” inscribed. A prime example of the virulent racism in Europe that became persistently stronger as the 19th century gave way to the 20th.
