Siach Hasadeh [collected prayers]

Hebrew manuscript tipped in: 13 leaves at beginning and end of the volume containing interesting historical and geneological information of the Jewish Community of Fürth. Cursive and square Aschkenazi scripts, black and brown ink on paper. Penned by Michael Lipschutz, an official of the Community. Included is the geneological histories of the Lipschutz, Gunzberg, Pesseles and Herzfeld families of Fürth.With transcriptions of tombstone epitaphs (a few of which are illustrated), including prominent Rabbinic figures: Joseph Steinhardt, David Strauss and Baruch Rappaport. Schematic diagrams of the two major Synagogues: the Neuschul and the Altschul, indicating seating arrangments along with dates of stages of construction. Selected kabbalistic prayers, instructions for the Chazan and other customs of Fürth are also included
