Court transcript of the infamous Kasztner Case in which Malkiel Grünwald was found innocent of libel against Rudolf Kasztner concerning accusations of Nazi collaboration. A Cabinet crisis ensued (Kasztner was a government official) and Grünwald was later found guilty when subsequently tried in the Supreme Court. Kasztner was however assassinated before he was to see his name cleared. See EJ, X 814-16
