A restored manuscript of an otherwise lost commentary. Learned Chidushim to Shulchan Aruch (chiefly Yoreh De’ah). The author cites numerous ‘recently (re-)published’ works, placing its authorship in the mid-19th century. These include: Chavos Da’as (Dyhernfurth, 1810), Chidushei Dinim (Sudylkov, 1831) She’erith Yehudah (Vilna, 1841), Yad Ephraim (Lvov, 1858) and others. Repeated references to Admo”r Zt”l appear to allude to <<R. Schneur Zalman of Liadi>> (the Alter Rebbe, 1745-1812).
