The author was a native of Tiszafüred, Hungary. The book is replete with original Chassidic and Kabbalistic interpretations of the Hagadah and was issued by the author’s son residing in Argentina, Eugenio (Chaim Jacob) Villa. It seems the name “Weisz” was Hispanicized to “Villa.” This Hagadah is the first published in the Argentine capital.
