Secretarial Letter Signed, written in Hebrew in a fine calligraphic rabbinic hand.

With three sets of signed endorsements. The first, with a paragraph extolling the virtue of this cause, is signed by <<Rabbi Moshe Yosef Hoffman>> (1842-1928), Rosh Yeshiva in Dunaszerdahely and Pápa in Hungary, before retiring to Batei Ungarin in Jerusalem in 1905.
The second is a similar paragraph by <<Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld>> (1848-1932). After this is a note from the Beth Din Zedek of Jerusalem, signed by <<Rabbi Moshe Nachum Wallenstein>> (1841-1922) who served as the first head of the Eidah Charedith, <<Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank,>> and the Beth Din’s scribe, Rabbi Chaim Mandel.
