Rare Irgun broadside in Spanish directed toward the Jews of South America. The text severely criticizes the British and calls upon Jews to take up arms in order to save their people: “The Time of Redemption has Arrived! …Come Help the Fighters for Zion! … Join our People’s War!” The Irgun (also known as Etze’l), an offshoot of the Haganah, was a Zionist paramilitary organization that operated in Mandate Palestine between 1931 and 1948.
