From the Press Release: “A unique Books based on the Yiddish Alphabet … has won critical acclaim in Yiddish and English-language newspapers.” Aleph Katz (1898-1969) was a Yiddish poet, essayist, and editor for the JTA. He won numerous awards for his Yiddish writing, much of which was written for children.
