The lower band pierced with Hebrew lettering from Deut. 4:44 (“Vezoth HaTorah asher Sam Moshe …”) Hung with four bells and set on two movable staves. Later personalized family inscription. Marked: “Wolpert Sterling Portugal.” H: 11 inches (27.9 cm). Diam: 10 inches (25.4 cm).
