Reb Itzikel was one of the most celebrated post-War Chassidic rabbis and many thousands made pilgrimages to him in Antwerp to receive his blessings and advice. He signs here as a descendent of R. Elimelech of Lizhensk “Zechutho Yagen Aleinu”. R. Itzikel was a follower of the Grand Rabbi of Satmar, R. Joel Teitelbaum. Of interest, the letter is written whereby the initial letter of the first four lines spell the word “Ahavah.”
